Terms and conditions of the use of the service that the usell group provide to advertisers on any of the groups sites.
The vendors must be private vendors only, other than if the sellers is an accepted and registered trade vendor with the usellgroup prior to placing any displays on any of the sites.
At no time must any private or trade vendor place any obscene or offensive language on any of the usell group sites..nor offensive imageries.
At no time any vendor shall place racist or offensive text or imagery on any of the usell group sites or show biased or disrespect to any other person through any of the usell group of sites.
All vendors at all times shall accept the rules and conditions set out by the usell group and shall be deemed that they find them acceptable by the action of them placing their display on any of the usell group sites.
Any person placing an offensive display..or a trader placing their display as a private vendor..or anybody acting inappropriate to others on the site or visitors to the site shall have their display deleted and no refund in any shape or form will be given by the usell group `please be aware of this`.
The usell group shall not be held responsible or accept responsibility for the content and or validity of any display on any of the usell group sites and the vendor shall indemnify the usell group from any action taken by and buyer or user of any service on any of the sites..and any disputes are strictly between the vendor and the buyer or user of the service.
None of the material on this site can be copied or used in any shape or form what so ever and at any time without the strict written consent from the usell group...failure to abide by this rule will lead to legal action being taken against any such person and the said such person or persons or company director or a representative of any such company shall be responsible for the usell groups legal costs on the court decision outcome and without delay and paid through the courts to our legal representatives and this is the same conditions should the dispute or action be taken in any country in the world.
